Do I need a shop or a GST number?
No. Individual tradespeople are welcome. We verify that you operate in the area, not that you're registered. A GST number is optional and shows as a badge if you add one.
Can I remove a bad review?
Not on your own, and that's deliberate — removable reviews are worthless to everyone reading them. You can reply publicly to any review, and you can report one that breaks the guidelines for a moderator to look at.
How do I know the promotion is working?
